Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and AP Finish Carpentry LLC, doing business as TrueSquare Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your download, installation, and use of Sit Tight (the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Sit Tight is a single-player puzzle. Version 1 does not require an account, does not include in-app purchases, and does not provide multiplayer or user-generated chat.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country if that age is higher. The Game is not directed at children under 13.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Game. You may not copy it for others, rent or sell it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or circumvent technical measures.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Game, our systems, or advertising; not to generate fraudulent or invalid ad impressions or clicks; and not to use unauthorized cheats, automation, or exploits. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5. Advertising

The free version is supported by advertising from Google and its partners (including Google Mobile Ads / AdMob). Review choices from the in-app Ad choices control and Google Ad Settings.

6. Disclaimer; liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE GAME OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE GAME IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10). If the Game is free, that amount is zero unless the law requires otherwise. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited (including, where prohibited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the publisher is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Game.
